Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Spanish business unit based in La Roca del Vallès as a Supply Chain Specialist to become part of our team.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Register items in the ERP system
2. Generate customer orders in the system and confirm them to the customer
3. Create production orders to ensure necessary components are manufactured on time to meet customer needs
4. Keep the ERP system updated
5. Ensure effective order planning to meet customer requirements
6. Invoicing
7. Prepare quotes for customers

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience with ERP systems in an industrial company
2. At least 2 years of professional experience
3. Proficiency in English and Spanish
