Join Our Team as an Application Engineer

As an Application Engineer at Multi-Wing, you will play a key role in supporting our global sales team by developing and delivering high-performance fan solutions tailored to customer needs. We take pride in designing fans that excel in efficiency and perform reliably even in challenging airflow conditions where others fall short.

You will join a small yet highly skilled and passionate team of engineers with deep industry expertise. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the global expansion of a growing business area, leveraging decades of HVAC/R market knowledge developed in Italy. You will collaborate with colleagues locally and globally, making strong communication skills essential for success.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop customized fan solutions based on input from sales and sales support, working under the guidance of experienced engineers.
2. Assist in designing and documenting new standard fan series for sales, based on input from product management.
3. Structure and formalize existing design methodologies into clear frameworks, enabling sales and application engineers to create custom designs with greater flexibility while minimizing technical risks.

What We’re Looking For:

A BSc or MSc degree in Engineering

Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken)

Experience with SolidWorks and Ansys software packages

A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently

A methodical and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Previous experience in the fan or HVAC/R industry is a plus
