Spare Parts Specialist

Your Role:

As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Regional Sales Managers and managing our spare parts business. You’ll work closely with customers, providing technical and account management support, ensuring they receive the right solutions tailored to their needs.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a global leader in axial impellers and make a direct impact on our market position and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Technical & Sales Support: Identify and provide technical solutions for spare parts, assisting sales managers and customers.
2. Product & Application Expertise: Select and document impellers, generate application reports, and maintain CRM data.
3. Pricing & Quoting: Create bills of material, prepare price calculations, generate quotes, and approve technical drawings.
4. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Production to ensure smooth order handling.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with assigned customers and provide continuous support.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in order handling, or a similar role within a production organization.
2. Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, with an ability to provide technical and commercial support.
3. Languages: Proficiency in English and Czech (spoken & written).
4. IT Knowledge: Experience with AX, Optimiser, Designer, CRM, and MS Office tools is an advantage.
