Role overview:
An ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing customizations, integrations, enhancements, and troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Data Factory/Synapse, Data Lake and Power BI platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the application’s architecture, programming, and associated technologies to ensure that solutions align with business needs and best practices. The developer works closely with business analysts, infrastructure and solution architects, functional leads, subject matter experts, end-users and business partners to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your technical expertise to support both project and operational goals, focusing on the development, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of D365 Finance and Operations and ISV solutions for Multi-Wing companies.
- Play a vital role across all phases of implementation: Planning, Analysis, Design, Build, Testing,
- Release, and Deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, functional leads, subject matter experts from various departments, IT teams, and business partners to ensure the high-quality delivery of solutions and adherence to MW’s standard processes.
- Conduct unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with Go Live processes.
- Investigate technical issues, particularly non-standard challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring code standards and guidelines are followed.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts to identify and address potential business challenges that may affect efficiency and success.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices for D365 FO development.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance and Operations and Power BI, having completed a minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Proven expertise in customizing, extending, and implementing solutions within D365 FO and Power BI.
- In-depth knowledge of Lifecycle Services, X++ programming, DAX formulas, T-SQL / SQL Database, Data Structures and Management, Dual Write, Security Roles, Azure DevOps Repos & Pipelines, Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in consulting and collaborating with external customers or clients, along with solid analytical skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ability to work outside regular office hours when needed, with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Flexibility to travel and stay abroad for extended periods at various Multi-Wing locations, as required.

- Experience in global implementations involving cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in providing solutions for manufacturing companies.
