In this role, you'll be a pivotal part of our Customer Service team in Nový Bydžov or Prague. Here's what we offer:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility of extension to an indefinite period

What you'll do:
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are meticulously captured.
- Coordinate order placement in line with customer requirements and production capabilities.
- Foster effective communication with customers and internal departments throughout the order process.
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with customers as a cornerstone of the role.
What you need to succeed:
- Secondary education with a high school diploma
- Proficiency in English, French and Czech languages (B2/C1 level minimum)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking prowess
- A knack for relationship-building and community engagement
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Collaborative and independent work ethic
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Experience in purchasing or sales, and familiarity with technical drawings (preferred but not mandatory)
