We are looking for a dedicated IT Supporter to join our Multi-Wing IT department. As our new IT Supporter, you will take charge of the daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our users’ systems and infrastructure. You will join a multi-national team of 7 IT professionals who provide infrastructure and software solutions for both internal users and customers. With team members located in two different countries, you will report to the IT Manager in Denmark, and your work location will be based in Prague, Czech Republic.


Job Description: At Multi-Wing, we have adopted a Microsoft and Cloud-first strategy. As our 1st Level+ IT Supporter, you will need strong expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 systems. Your responsibilities will include daily user support as well as managing Microsoft Azure setups, reporting, networking, subnets, and other IT infrastructure operations. Given our global presence, excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for success in this role.


Position Summary: As an IT Supporter at Multi-Wing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the daily IT operations of our global workforce. You will support users with technical issues, manage infrastructure systems, and contribute to the enhancement of IT processes. Working within a multi-national IT team of seven, split between two locations, you will report directly to the IT Manager based in Denmark. Your base of operations will be in Prague, Czech Republic, and you will work closely with team members globally, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. We expect you to be in the office 3 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Provide 1st level support for daily IT operations, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for users.
  2. Support Microsoft Azure environments & Intune.
  3. Assist with the management of networking components, including subnets, switches, and firewalls.
  4. Ensure smooth operation of Office 365 and Modern Workplace.
  5. Collaborate with your team to deliver infrastructure and software solutions to meet internal and external demands.


Professional Qualifications:


  1. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID setup and policies.
  2. Experience with Azure Rights Management and Azure Virtual Machines.
  3. Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
  4. Familiarity with Intune and SCCM.
  5. Solid understanding of networking, including VLANs, subnets, and IP configurations.
  6. Fluent in English both written and spoken language
