Location: Remote (preferably based in Munich or Hamburg, with the possibility of occasional work from our Hamburg office)

Frequent Travel Required: Approx. 50% (80% in Germany, 20% in the Nordics)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across Germany and the Nordics. Your Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development

  1. Develop and expand Multi-Wing’s presence, focusing on Off-Highway OEMs.
  2. Promote and sell our advanced fan solutions using your technical and commercial expertise.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends, and create sales strategies to drive growth.
  4. Work closely with the Sales Director to execute the regional business expansion plan.


Customer Relationship Management & Travel

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular on-site visits.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical support and customized airflow solutions.
  3. Maintain CRM records to track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline activities.


Quoting & Documentation

  1. Manage the entire quoting process, ensuring accuracy and timely proposals.
  2. Keep detailed documentation of customer agreements, pricing strategies, and market insights.
  3. Provide sales forecasts and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.


Achieving Sales Targets

  1. Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets in your territory.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, and Product Management) to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Track performance against KPIs, including turnover, margin, new customer acquisition, and project pipeline.


Problem Solving & Customer Support

  1. Address customer challenges with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  2. Work closely with the Product & Project Management teams to meet customer needs effectively.


What We’re Looking For:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  2. Languages: Fluent in German with strong Business English.
  3. Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, business development, or account management.
  4. Background in Off-Highway, Fan Systems, or OEM industries is a strong advantage.
  5. Experience working with ERP & CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
  6. Skills & Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Self-motivated with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  9. Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and drive results.
  10. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time) across Germany (80%) and the Nordics (20%).
