What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production and technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to implement technical improvements and support new product launches.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate maintenance efforts to minimize downtime.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
- Analyse production data to identify trends, reduce waste, and enhance overall output.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Oversee technical projects and drive initiatives that enhance production processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role (experience in HVAC is a plus).
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and production systems.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
- A problem-solving mindset, capable of delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant tools.
